To assist you, we will take care of filing all your claims to your insurance carrier. Steindler has arrangements with a number of insurance carriers which we can identify for you by calling 319-338-4440. If you are covered by one of these companies, we ask that you pay for any co-pay amounts that apply to your policy at each visit.

For those of you covered by private health insurances, we only ask that you pay 20% of the charges associated with your visit at your appointment.

If you are not covered by a health insurance policy, we ask that you pay for the charges associated with your visit at each appointment.

Should payments be a financial concern for you, arrangements can be made in advance. Please call our Account Specialist at 319-338-4440.

If your orthopedic condition requires the completion of a disability claim, we charge a minimal fee for completing the form. Payment for these claims is required in advance.
